Sending Domestically:  We use USMail Priority with tracking.

Shipping/Sending: Bids for merchandise may include delivery to your shipping address in addition to the cost of clothing.  Freight/custom charges are included in our prices - and most clients pick up their orders at the Fremont Sunday Market in Seattle.  USMail forwarding can be arranged for a nominal additional fee if you desire your order to be mailed.  

Sending Internationally:  All prices are posted in USD.  We're happy to send our clothing anywhere - please request a bid for shipping.  We'll use the least-expensive method possible via USMail that still provides tracking and insurance.

Lost In Transit?: Our merchandise travels through many ports to reach your doorstep.  For years we have shipped through reliable sources and have never had a package not go missing.  If however your order gets lost, we insist that we are allowed up to 30 additional days to re-make and deliver your order. 

Returns: Return of unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt is permitted only with authorization from us and only in circumstances where we’ve made a significant error or your clothing does not fit within an inch of perfect. Fit evaluations shall be determined by in-person try-ons or, in some circumstances where geography makes it difficult to get together, via photo/video to assess what is required to address your fit. Authorized returns earn full credit toward other Groussman Studios merchandise and shall be credited within 30 days of your return. To be able to engage in any return procedure, it’s required that all parties shall be honest, kind and courteous, honest and act in good faith toward each other.
